Ingredients:
4 bananas peeled, halved, and cut lengthwise
1 stick butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup dark rum
Ice cream, optional
Pound cake, optional
How To Make:
1. In a large skillet, melt butter.
2. Add brown sugar, stirring with a wooden spoon.
3. Add bananas and cook until caramelized on both sides.
4. Remove the pan from the heat, add rum, and then return the pan to the fire.
5. Serve the bananas with ice cream or pound cake.
