INGREDIENTS
3 cups raw sweet potatoes or yams, grated (about 2 large potatoes)
1/2 cup melted butter
4 eggs
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1/3 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1-1/2 cups white sugar
1 cup milk
1 cup pecans, toasted and coarsely chopped
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
In a mixing bowl, combine ingredients in order listed.
Transfer to a well-greased 9-inch by 9-inch baking pan and bake until firm, about 45
