Middle Eastern Chicken Shawarma Recipe

Here is an interesting way of serving chicken. You can use dark or white meat for this recipe, depending on your preferences. The chicken shawarma dish is served with tahini paste

 

 

Tools You Will Need:
Large saucepan with cover
Mixing spoon
Large bowl with a cover (you can use saran wrap)
Medium bowl
9x11 metal baking pan
