Recipe Ingredients
(Serves 4)
- 2 tsp oil
- 500 g rump steak cut into strips
- 2 rashers bacon sliced and trimmed
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 1 cup button mushrooms sliced
- 375 mL CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk
- 2 tsp MAGGI Beef Stock Powder
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
How to make
1. Heat oil in pan over a high heat. Brown beef in batches and remove from pan.
