Coarse sugar
Fruit Roll-Ups
Starburst candies
Directions
Frost cupcakes; dip the tops in coarse sugar. Cut a Fruit Roll-Up into thin strips. Place two strips widthwise around desired amount of Starburst candies; press together at base
