Pea, mint and feta frittatas

Makes 24

Ingredients :

1 quantity Basic frittata mix (see related recipe)
1/2 cup frozen peas
2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint leaves
3 green onions, trimmed, finely chopped
50g feta cheese, crumbled

Method :
Preheat oven to 190°C/170°C fan-forced. Grease two 12-hole, 1 1/2 tablespoon-capacity round-based patty pans.
