Sausage scrolls

 

 

 

500g sausage mince 1 large carrot, peeled, coarsely grated 1 brown onion, halved, finely chopped 1 tsp curry powder 6 sheets (25 x 25cm) ready-rolled frozen puff pastry, just thawed Tomato chutney, to serve

Preheat oven to 180°C. Line 4 baking trays with non-stick baking paper.

 

Use your hands to mix together the mince, carrot, onion and curry powder in a bowl. Divide the mince mixture into 6 equal portions. Spoon 1 portion of mince mixture
